What you move
- Support for activities in the areas of employer branding, university marketing & recruiting
- Organization and implementation of internal and external events (e.g. university fairs)
- Participation in the recruitment process (pre-selection, interview organization, candidate management)
- Insight into other projects and topics relating to the HR lifecycle

What you bring along
- Bachelor's/Master's degree or nearly graduated specialized in HR, marketing, psychology or economics
- First professional experience in HR/marketing advantageous, independent and structured way of working
- Communicative and creative personality who shows initiative and is strong in implementation
- Very good knowledge of German and English (oral and written)
