Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities
- Drive outbound sales initiatives independently, understanding the sales process well and effectively moving leads forward.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance benchmarks, showcasing expertise in both transactional and solution-based selling.
- Employ consultative selling methods to strategically engage clients, collaborating with external sales teams as needed.
- Manage accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management, leveraging historical data and market trends.
- Implement margin-maximizing strategies, including upselling and cross-selling, to stimulate revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with external sales, virtual teams, and subject matter experts on bid responses and pricing strategies to improve win rates.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience, or similar customer-facing role, ideally with intermediate-level consultative selling skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) preferred.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
