- You will be responsible for 1st and 2nd level field support and maintenance of the IT infrastructure
- This includes among other things the installation and configuration of the IT hardware (mainly PC's) and applications
- You will provide technical support and solutions across the company
- Furthermore, you will ensure a timely follow-up of the support tickets and take care about our employees in case of problems during business trips
- Active participation in the design and further development of the company intranet completes your profile
- have completed their education as a computer scientist or have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a technical support role
- good working knowledge and expertise with Microsoft Office products, hardware and applications
- You are flexible, able to work in a small team, have excellent communication skills and enjoy working with people from different cultures
- A willingness to work proactively and independently as well as very good knowledge of German and English are also required for this position
- Finally, we count on your readiness to travel up to about 10% in Europe
