Inflight Material Supply Chain (60%, all genders)

You are responsible for coordinating and managing worldwide shipments of inflight material, as well as continuously improving these processes. You ensure seamless material planning together with internal interfaces and external providers. Furthermore, you perform quality and cost controls.
- Supply chain management in SAP MM
- Organization of global import and export shipments by sea, air and road
- Stock control and portfolio management of several inflight material items
- Invoice control (warehouse, suppliers, transport)
- Management of internal and external interfaces such as suppliers, caterers, vendors, warehouses
- Data administration in SAP MM
- Support inflight service projects
- Yearly global inventory of all catering material at the main warehouse
- Track record of 2 years of experience in supply chain management or general strong interest and drive for this topic
- Quick apprehension of complex processes and systems
- Economical and joined-up thinking, independent way of working
- Good knowledge of SAP MM
- Solution-oriented, capable of managing conflicts and team-oriented
- Excellent processual thinking and precise working mode
- Very good MS Office skills and aptitude for numbers
- Fluent in German and English, written and spoken
