You will develop a Cognitive Task Analysis (CTA) for the Tower, Approach, and Lower airspace based on today's operations (baseline NRH3) and identify the adoption level of current air traffic control system support tools for the Geneva and Zurich area control.
- Update the CTA for TWR/APP/Lower Airspace based on the operational roadmap
- Integrate the CTA for TWR/APP/Lower Airspace into the Skyguide Business Process Model (BPM)
- Suggest/propose how the CTA will be used and maintained in the future
- Collaboration with air traffic controllers to identify the level of adoption of current air traffic control system support tools for Geneva and Zurich area control
- Analyze system metrics, including user setup and operational logs
- Degree in engineering, science or psychology
- Interest in aviation is a plus
- Detail-oriented and precise way of working
- Open-minded team player with good interpersonal skills
- Pragmatic approach and ability to work autonomously
- Analytical mindset, critical thinking and problem solving capabilities
- English minimum Level B2
