Host Family Recruiter
The Role
- Recruit (Call, Bookings and Visits) suitable families for the homestay program ensuring compliance with the International Code of care and any accreditation regulations.
- Work with the International Marketing team, to ensure quality supply of leads.
- Work with other Host Family team members to ensure all leads are followed up and visits are completed, with in a timely manner.
- Meet agreed, Call, Visit, and Bed Targets.
- Ensure all interviews, inspections and documentation are completed and maintained for each family.
- Maintain accurate records for each family and ensure all families have been provided with the necessary handbook information.
- Match notes on families as best as possible and process the placements on the database as soon as possible to stop any cancellation
- Ensure all under 18-year-old students are placed only in homestay accommodation and only where the family is in full compliance with all industry regulations.
- Be conscious of cultural and linguistic difficulties and organize language interpretation where necessary.
- Supply the School Director and Accommodation Manager with weekly Host family Recruitment updates.
