The Business Process Analyst is the central point of contact for the operational and administrative maintenance and communication of business processes between business units und corporate IT. The Business Process Analyst serves as an interface, partner, and accelerator. In this function, the Business Process Analyst also is responsible for the efficiency, sustainability, consistency, and simplicity of mapping business processes to technical solutions.

Your daily contribution:
- Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives and projects that span one or multiple departments
- Lead the divisional project board and overlook the divisional project portfolio and provide status reporting
- Provide leadership for project teams by building and motivating team members
- Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned and directly supports the achievements of strategic objectives
- Responsible for establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature the project management capabilities in the organization
- Lead a team of project and portfolio managers including performance management, goal setting, recruitment etc.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in technical or business studies
- Extensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods and techniques (e.g. PMP certification, Agile, Waterfall)
- Proven track record in successfully managing larger projects in an international environment on-time, on-schedule and within budget
- 3-5 years of experience in leading teams (in matrix and direct)
- Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down within an international environment including matrix organisation
- Excellent communications skills (fluency in German and English)
