What's important to us:
- Training or studies in QM
- Training or studies in technology and business administration in the automotive industry
- Excellent written and spoken English (C1 level)
- 5 years'experience in the aftermarket auto parts business
- Proficiency in quality management systems, particularly IATF 16949 and ISO 9001
- Ability to analyse complex data, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions
- Understanding of automotive spare parts, manufacturing processes, and engineering specifications with knowledge of homologation requirements for automotive spare parts in Europe
- Experience in managing warranty claims and customer complaints in the
automotive industry. - Social and intercultural competence as well as strong communication skills
- Willing to travel
What to do:
- Developing and implementing quality management systems and processes to ensure the manufacturing of car parts meets rigorous quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Establishing quality control measures throughout the production process, including incoming materials inspection, in-process testing, and final product inspection, to identify and address quality issues promptly.
- Conducting regular audits and assessments of manufacturing processes, suppliers, and internal quality systems to ensure compliance with quality standards and continuous improvement.
- Investigating and resolving quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformities through root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with suppliers to improve quality performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
- Providing quality-related training and guidance to employees to ensure awareness and adherence to quality standards and procedures.
- Monitoring and analyzing quality metrics and performance indicators to track quality trends, identify areas for improvement, and drive decision-making at all levels of the organization.
- Participating in new product development processes to ensure that quality considerations are integrated from design through production.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant quality standards, regulations, and certifications applicable to the automotive industry, including ISO standards and customer-specific requirements.
