YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
We are currently looking for a Head of Profit Center Service Europe and Business Process Owner (BPO) Service (m/f/d) who will play a central role in ensuring the efficient operation of customer service in Europe and at the same time be responsible for defining and optimising global service-related business processes within the company. In your responsible role you can also expect the following:- You will be responsible for setting up service operations as transparent profit centres and take P&L responsibility across the entire country organisation in a matrix structure
- You will develop a comprehensive service strategy taking into account local conditions along the installation and service process: Installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, remote monitoring, service packages, spare parts business
- You will be responsible for the exchange, coaching and implementation of this strategy with the local service teams
- You will also be responsible for the development and implementation of service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators and quality standards to measure and improve service delivery and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
As Business Process Owner Service you will be responsible for the definition, documentation and optimisation of service-related business processes across the company
You will also be responsible for implementing best practices and industry standards for service management and business process optimisation
You will conduct regular reviews and audits of service processes to identify areas for optimisation and automation
YOUR PROFILE
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, management or a related field. In addition, you have already successfully demonstrated your skills in a management position in a service-oriented company and have preferably also gained experience in management in a matrix organisation. You also have the following:- You are well versed in the principles, methods and frameworks of service management (e.g. ITIL, Lean Six Sigma), preferably with certification
- You are proficient in the common tools for process mapping, analysis and optimisation
- You have a pronounced willingness to make decisions and strong implementation skills
- Your working style is characterised by an analytical mindset and a strategic, conceptual approach
- You have excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
- Your strengths include an independent, self-reliant and solution-orientated way of working
- A high degree of initiative and a can-do mentality round off your profile
- You have an excellent command of German and English at native speaker level, other languages are an advantage
