Exciting opportunity for ad interim manager in a global environment
For one of our clients located in the greater Zurich area, we are looking for an ad interim senior manager for 6 months in the role of
Head Group Tax
Your main responsibilities
- Ensure a sustainable and competitive tax position of the global group
- Deliver expected shareholder returns
- Ensure tax effective funding and cash, capital and profit repatriation
- Ensure a tax effective legal structure
- Mitigate and manage global tax risk
- Responsibility for transfer pricing
- Support in the company’s M&A projects
- Provide tax advice to local finance groups
You are a senior professional with experience in global tax management and tax accounting at group level.
Your profile
- Proven track record at group level in a global environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, German is an advantage
- Good intercultural competences and leadership skills
- Valid work permit for Switzerland
