Head of Group Sustainability Reporting & Engagement
Responsibilites
- Lead Corporate Sustainability Reporting and ensure successful adoption throughout Omya
- Ensure Sustainability data collection & validation aligned with external requirements and Omya Strategy
- Recommend enhancements to stay ahead of evolving reporting requirements and contribute to data quality and process improvement initiatives
- Promote and coordinate Sustainability communication and engagement internally and externally
- Promote the concept of Sustainability within Omya business units
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple Omya locations as well as external partners
Qualifications
- Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration or similar
- Min. 5 years of experience in Sustainability, Reporting, Compliance, Audit or Assurance
- Familiar with reporting standards and guidelines (eg: GRI, CSRD, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001, IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards and others)
- Experience with tools such as SAP and Intelex. CDP is an advantage.
- Self driven, proactive mindset, good business sense
- Fluent in English, additional languages are beneficial
- Readiness to travel up to 20%
