Head of Global Supply Chain
your missions
- Strategic Leadership: Formulate and execute a comprehensive E2E supply chain strategy in line with company objectives, overseeing third-party suppliers, manufacturing centers, hubs and sales subsidiaries. Lead and develop supply chain organization and competencies.
- Sales and Operations Planning: Drive the demand planning process together with Sales organization to efficiently address existing and new product requirements with the objectives to meet lead-time and on-time delivery objectives.
- Sourcing: Lead the supplier management process including supplier qualification and global contracts negotiation to attain objectives of strategic collaboration, quality, lead-time, and cost.
- Production Planning: Monitor and regulate the supply network from suppliers to factories, from factories to hubs, to facilitate the production planning process while constantly optimizing inventory levels within the whole LEMO supply chain. Support the Manufacturing function in their role to optimize production scheduling, asset utilization and drive lean initiatives.
- Distribution: Define and lead the most appropriate and efficient distribution network to address stakeholders’ needs and initiatives.
- Technology development: Strongly contribute to the transformation of Company’s internal processes and successful implementation of the new ERP within the Group, for the Plan to Produce/Order to Cash/Procure to Pay processes, in a harmonious collaboration spirit with internal and external stakeholders.
Your Profile
- Educational and Professional Background: Advanced education in Supply Chain with extensive experience in implementing global supply chain solutions, establishing continental logistics hubs, supporting ERP implementations, and managing change in an industrial B2B environment.
- Supply Chain Proficiency: Mastery of all Supply Chain processes (Plan-Source-Make-Deliver) and resource management.
- Data Analysis Expertise: Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights, along with knowledge in finance, cost accounting, and advanced data modelling.
- Risk Management and Decision-Making abilities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, in a multicultural, global setting.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and influencing skills for holding and managing multiple perspectives simultaneously, to leverage and unleash the creative potential of divergence in and across business, to generate richer outcomes.
