Support us in the production and development of cutting-edge medical technology solutions that enable people around the world to self-manage diabetes and other chronic diseases.

• Building up of the finance department of Ypsomed Diabetes Care
• Being key member of the leadership team of Ypsomed Diabetes Care, driving its finances in conjunction with business leaders
• Lead the FP&A team and the accounting team of Ypsomed Diabetes Care
• Supporting the development of the accounting team of Ypsomed Diabetes Care
• Building a community with the controllers of the foreign sales companies and ensuring affiliates standards and and results are met
• Performing analyses of sales, margins, costs and other components of the income statement for Ypsomed Diabetes Care (globally)
• Giving support and advice in the development of consistent and resilient financial plans (budget, sales / turnover / cost and investment planning)
• Standardizing, developing and analysing business cases in collaboration with the business
• Assessing of key performance indicators, monitoring of performance against the plan and providing recommendations to key stakeholders

• Completed higher business education with a focus on finance and controlling
• Track record of P&L and cash flow acceleration in an international environment
• Several years of experience in leading finance teams successfully, in international technology companies and ideally, in the MedTech industry
• Experience in the field of change management and with carve-out situations, experience in M&A would be a plus
• Hands-on mentality and ability to do FP&A and accounting tasks yourself
• Dynamic, open-minded personality with an analytical mindset, organizational skills and a high level of performance orientation
• Team-player mentality and strong communication skills in dealing with different stakeholders
• High IT affinity and experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP FI/CO
• Very good oral and written English skills
