As the Head of Compliance you will be responsible for identifying, assessing and mitigating compliance risk and for supporting Tillotts` headquarter as well as its European affiliates in all compliance related matters.

Head of Compliance
Your tasks and responsibilities
- Be responsible for developong and implementing a robust healthcare compliance program that effectively prevents violations of applicable laws, regulations, industry codes and internal policies as well as Tillotts`Code of Business Ethics
- Provide regular training on the compliance program and review its effectiveness on a regular basis
- Handle approval requests from clients and review relevant (non-) promotional material
- Advise on compliance questions and propose appropriate actions for ensuring compliance
- Perform third party due diligences on potential new partners in collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders
- Conduct investigations in case of reported or otherwise detected compliance issues and develop corrective action plans in alignment with relevant internal departments
- Present regular compliance updates to the Senior Management Committee and liaise with the Japanese mother company, if and as needed
- Lead a team of 2 colleagues
Who you are
- Master of law, preferably with the admission to the Swiss or European bar
- 8-10 years of experience in working in an international environment (in-house or law firm)
- Knowledge of pharma compliance as well as leadership experience are a must
- Highly motivated to work in a performance- oriented environment
- An independent and proactive attitude, but at the same time a team player
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Flexible and agile to navigate in a fast-paced working environment
- High level of efficiency and attention to detail
- Fluent in German and English
