Head of E-Business (m/w)
Your tasks:
Develop and execute a cohesive omnichannel strategy for eight key markets, ensuring seamless customer journeys across online and offline channels
Lead and inspire a high-performing e-commerce team to achieve sales goals, advisor recruitment, and lead generation in your markets
Provide strategic guidance and data-driven insights to market leaders in DE, FR, IT, AT, ES, PT, PL, and UK/IR to optimize e-commerce growth
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration on e-commerce initiatives
Promote a data-driven culture to continuously enhance the customer experience across all digital touchpoints in your markets
Stay ahead of e-commerce trends, implementing innovative solutions to improve customer journeys and sales processes
Develop and lead a diverse, collaborative, and high-performing team
Use data analytics to measure performance, identify opportunities, and drive data-driven decisions to optimize sales and marketing efforts
Your profile:
10+ years of experience leading and scaling e-commerce operations for multinational companies, preferably in direct sales
Expertise in omnichannel strategies, integrating online and offline channels
Strong experience in building and maintaining senior-level business partnerships
Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, fostering collaboration
Strong leadership skills, motivating and inspiring global teams
Strategic acumen in digital best practices and international e-commerce strategies
Data-driven approach, leveraging analytics to optimize performance
Experience in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
Experience leading and managing geographically dispersed teams with a global mindset
Ability to travel internationally up to 30% of the time
