Group Key Account Manager
' - Hypermarket and Supermarket are vital to FMC revenue growth and profitability. It contributed 45% to total Modern-trade channel.
- There are total 7 accounts, where 3 are those among top 5 accounts in Thailand Modern-trade landscape, Tops, Lotus's, and Big C. Team lead will help the team to conduct quarterly business review / half year review / Joint-business-planning process with those top customers.
- Among these accounts, competitor are very active and aggressive. We need team lead that could guide the team on where to play and how we balance the investment among those account as they are competitng with each others.
- Also, in those top accounts, they are operating across store formats, with Convenience channel where we need to compete with competitors to win exclusive bidding. So we need team lead who could help team balance their investment and review related cost to achieve those bidding.
- Although each team member in Hyper/Super channel posess rich experience in their account, they are relatively new to organization. So, they need team lead to help them navigate and grow at KC.
