Fundraising and Management Support Intern

By now our customers have grown from survey and mapping professionals to scientists, humanitarian organizations, and environmentalists. They fly WingtraOne for more than a thousand hours on a monthly basis. This is only the beginning—together we can achieve much more.
We are looking for a fundraising and management support intern to work with us on the further growth of Wingtra. This is an exciting opportunity to get first hand insights and experience on fundraising and growing a venture backed scale-up technology company with a global footprint. You will work closely with the VP Strategy / Co-Founder and CEO / Co-Founder together on all aspects of the process.
The internship lasts for 6 months with potential to convert to a full time role. It is Zurich based with flexibility to travel for 2 weeks at the time. This is a very interesting and sometimes intense position with strong learning and growth potential.
\nResponsibilities- Reviewing and supporting the investor relationship work including: investor reportings, Board Meeting preparations, reviewing investor profiles, and preparing investor meetings.
- Support the VP Strategy in his regular tasks including analysis, make first drafts for him and review his work.
- Supporting the fundraising work including: Pitchdeck creation, Financial Models, general fundraising material preparation.
- Support in the preparation of Due Diligence Questionnaires and follow-up of subsequent requests.
- Join investor events where appropriate.
- Support the financial team and the CEO if time permits on regular tasks.
- Bachelor Degree (or on the way to it) or equivalent.
- Strong interest and ambitions to work in a venture backed environment. You want to build your own company, consider joining a startup or want to work in venture capital in the future.
- You thrive by learning, growing and taking responsibility.
- You are well organized, like to get things done and don’t shy away from tedious work that needs to be done.
- Strong team work capabilities and problem solving skills.
- You are willing and capable of travelling for work, potentially 2 weeks in a row.
- Business fluency in English is a must. German is a Plus.
