What to expect

• You support the Finance organization for pre-defined reports in their preparation.
• You support in the entire Report Development Process, from receiving requests to initiating the changes and coordinating UAT for the following:

o Data Model/Chart of Account changes
o Report creation/modifications
o Process improvements

• You create and maintain KPIs and dashboards.
• You collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, to increase efficiency and effectiveness of reporting.
• You are responsible for updating hierarchies, data models and master data and ensuring data quality.
• You work in close contact and collaboration with technical BI Team for further development and continuous improvement of Reports in SAP BW across teams.
• You maintain the documentation for Business Requirements, Testing, Sign-off.
• You contribute to Trainings and learnings on Reporting for the Finance Community.

The skills you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Accounting, or Finance
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis and report preparation, ideally within Insurance.
• Good understanding of SAP BW functionality and concepts.
• Ability to work with large datasets and analyze complex data.
• Experienced in the use of BI software (e.g.Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience of working in a cross-functional environment.
• Ability to work independently and proactively, with an analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong background demonstrating co-ordination and driving to deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in German and English, other language skills are advantageous.
