Field Installation Project Manager

As Field Installation Project Manager you will actively collaborate with Kimberly-Clark Professional (KCP) Account Managers and end user customers to deliver exceptional experiences installing KCP dispenser fixtures. You’ll lead KCP Onvation® Smart Restroom dispenser and network hardware installations with a team of third-party installers. In this role you will:
Manage mainline site survey and installation requests from KCP Activation Specialists, conducting end user site survey’s/trial conversions in person as needed or providing guidance to third party installers where applicable
Lead on-site implementation activities for Onvation® Smart Restroom System including cellular, network and dispenser fixture site survey, collaborating with the Activation Specialist and end user customer on the network installation plan, and lead both fixture and data quality stabilization efforts
Collaborate with KCP Account Managers and KCP R&E in responding to quality complaints, developing a plan with the end user for remediation along with recommendations for future prevention
Key accountabilities:
Serve as the on-site project lead for Onvation® site surveys, installations, and stabilization
Apply knowledge of Onvation® network options and KCP dispenser functionality (Onvation® & mainline) during kick-off calls, site surveys and debrief calls with end users to deliver practical solutions
Demonstrate understanding and application of digital tools across standard work: sf.com, Onvation® dashboard apps, network and power solutions, survey platforms
Provide work direction and guidance for third-party installation partners during mainline and Onvation® connected installations
Serve as the on-site lead for assigned mainline site surveys, product/dispenser trials, end user training, and quality visits
Collaborate with the Activation Specialist to resolve customer concerns during the installation, using the KCP “Terms & Conditions” document between Kimberly-Clark, the third-party party installer, and the end user customer to guide communications with the customer and any continuous improvement feedback to the installer
Collaborate with KCP R&E team on continuously improving dispenser functionality and design
Support a team culture that promotes sharing of best practices with other Field Installation Project Managers and across the sales team & end user customers
Independently plan, book, and adjust travel plans in accordance with travel budget, corporate guideline, and team leader prioritization support
This role is remotely based in the strategic territory being serviced and the successful candidate must be based within commuting distance of Chicago, IL.

3+ years of construction or project management experience, including hands-on work
3+ years of technical or project/crew leader experience, preferably consultative in a customer facing setting
3+ years of experience installing electrical or cellular networking equipment including network design/layout and implementing with a customer
Mechanical hands-on experience and a track record diagnosing and providing solutions to product technical issues
Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Computer skills with knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. Ability to edit Microsoft Office applications in the field from a mobile phone or tablet
Ability to work a flexible schedule; some work may be after normal business hours
Live within commuting distance of Chicago, IL
Working Conditions: This role is remotely based in the strategic territory being serviced. Travel up to 50-80% including car/air. This position requires standing for extended periods of time and other physical demands.

Total rewards at Kimberly-Clark includes pay and a full package of benefits that can be tailored to individual needs. The anticipated pay range for this job has a range of $68,500-$81,000 in addition to bonus potential. Individual pay levels will be based on multiple factors including, but are not limited to, location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
