For our growing Facility Management organization at a client in the Banking sector in Zürich we are looking for a
Facility Manager 100%
Your main tasks:
- Responsible for the delivery, quality, safety and cost of all in scope services for the client
- Responsible for the supervision and guidance of delivery quality safety and cost of all in scope services of all client's locations included in the LPA
- Escalation point of all issues and incidents in the client sites located in Netherlands
- Ensure the Health and Safety requirements and guidelines are observed including risk assessments for staff, subcontractors and visitors.
- Provide general administrative support to the line managers in the reporting and financial processes.
- Responsible for subcontractor and vendor management
- Responsible for customer satisfaction for all of the services both "soft" and "hard" services
- Supporting the Regional Manager in creating, developing and controlling the budget for the country and respond in regional request.
- Supporting local teams on meeting agreed budgets, SLA, KPI and deadlines
- Ensure all resources are effectively optimized, costs minimized and profit maximized for any activity under control.
- Ensure CBRE effectively manages the client's assets
- Ensure all contractual activities comply with all company legal and client requirements for Health and Safety, Quality Management, client procedures and policies, environmental policies and general duty of care.
- Ensure client sites have Health and Safety system in place and that is audited for compliance.
- Investigate, plan and make recommendations to implement best proactive and forward strategic thinking.
Your profile:
- Experience of managing, subcontractors, vendors and different services related to offices
- Experience in outsourced service solutions to international clients preferable in banking or office sector
- 2 years in the operations and management of facilities within the financial services sector or a comparable customer service related industry (hotel, catering or similar)
- Excellent knowledge in oral and written English (mandatory) French & German will be rated highly for this role.
- Ability to respond effectively to highly sensitive issues.
- Ability to comprehend, analyse and interpret complex business documents
- Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, subcontractors, vendors, and client to take desired actions.
- Be flexible, proactive and customer focused.
- Be dynamic and have the ability to support and lead teams.
- Strong leadership skills, negotiation skills and organizational skills
