- Design and Architecture: Develop and maintain comprehensive cloud architecture, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Cloud Strategy: Participate in defining and implement cloud strategies that support business goals, including migration plans, cost optimization, and governance frameworks.
- Solution Development: Create scalable, reliable, and secure cloud solutions using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Collaboration: Work with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of cloud services.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance metrics for cloud applications and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Security and Compliance: Implement robust security practices and compliance controls to protect data and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Innovation: Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies and trends, and recommend innovative solutions to improve our cloud environment.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of cloud architecture, configurations, standards and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuity.
your profile
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Expert Cloud Engineer or similar role.
- Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles, DevOps practices, and infrastructure automation.
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in managing operational technology systems, preferably in the Luxury watch industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders in both English and French.
- Knbowledge, ITIL fundimentals is a must with the certification a plus.
