- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Network engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- Project and Initiative Management: Manage projects and initiatives related to IT networks, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, assisting with complex problem-solving and ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards
- Network Administration: Oversee the administration and maintenance of our global network infrastructure, including configuration, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Availability : Ensure the network is performant and available. Manage all network incidents in accordance of our SLA
- Security and Compliance: Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures, including implementing and monitoring security measures to protect the integrity and confidentiality of our IT Network
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, such as systems, cloud, security, and development, to support cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of IT Networks , configurations, procedures, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure continuity of operations
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency enhancements within the IT network environment
- Governance and Processes : Establish and maintain IT Governance, follow policies and procedures to ensure alignment with the rest of the IT department
your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an IT environment, preferably managing of a network team
- Strong technical expertise in networking protocols, firewall configuration , configuration of network equipment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Project management experience, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and deliver results within deadlines
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, NSE) are a plus. Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to managing OT operations. ITIL certification is a must
