Distribution Coordinator Europe
On behalf of our client, a global oncology company with itâ??s headquarters in Basel, we are looking for a Distribution Coordinator for Europe.

Location: Basel
Workload: 100%
Duration: 3 monthsâ??

You will manage daily distribution operations, monitoring customer orders, prices, invoices, and deliveries for assigned European countries. This includes accurate customer data management throughout its lifecycle. Key responsibilities include communicating order status and proactively troubleshooting issues with internal and external customers.
Your mission:
â?¢ Ensure that daily operations run smoothly and comply with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) in accordance with GDP.
â?¢ Closely collaborate with Third-party Logistics (3PLs) to ensure that all orders and shipments are monitored/tracked/delivered on time and resolved.
â?¢ Onboard new customers according to established SOPs and WIs ensuring accurate data is maintained into the companyâ??s SAP master data.
â?¢ Timely plan, executes and properly documents the annual customer revalidation, ensuring compliance with GDP requirements and country-specific documents/licenses.
â?¢ Participate in Weekly, Monthly inter-departmental calls and external calls with 3PL.
â?¢ Help identify standardization and optimization opportunities for distribution processes across Europe, with a focus on lead time, quality, and customer experience.
Your background:
â?¢ Associate degree and or equivalent.
â?¢ 3 to 5 years of work experience in a pharmaceutical/medical device industry in distribution or customer service.
â?¢ English is a must, any other major European language a plus.
â?¢ SAP SD/MM experience.
â?¢ Veeva Knowledge is a plus
â?¢ GDP Knowledge.
â?¢ Ability to prioritize and focus on detail.
â?¢ Proactive attitude with sense of initiative.
â?¢ Solution oriented and customer focused.
