Job Description
- You lead the technical tendering and the procurement tendering teams (approx. 15 people)
- You are guiding the teams and (global) proposal activities in regards to costing, technical approach, and risk management
- You ensure solid preparation and participation of cost reviews
- You closely aligne and collaboration with our Sales, Proposal, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Engineering department
- You drive improvements in regards to works structures, tools, methods, and processes
Qualifications
- You are a trained engineer with minimum of 10 years' experience in an international EPC environment
- You have proven experience in tendering and costing
- You have proven experience as team leader
- You communicate effectively towards different disciplines and levels
- You are at ease with complex and challenging circumstances, while maintaining an integrative approach
- You are fluent in English
