Digital Marketing Specialist

The Communications & Public Affairs (C&PA) team creates, manages and delivers content that positions Deloitte as the go-to experts in a wide range of fields and as one of the most exiting companies to work for. As part of C&PA, the Digital team’s purpose is to make an impact in the marketplace and win the best talent across our digital channels, including our website, social media, advertising, and online events.
The C&PA team is part of the Growth division of Deloitte, which also encompasses marketing, events, brand, client relations, business development and research. Together, we ensure a strong positioning of the Deloitte brand with all key stakeholders, clients and talent. 

Your responsibilities:
  • Develop, deliver, and measure digital content marketing strategies as an integral part of Deloitte's go-to-market campaigns:
    • Plan and implement digital campaigns to support business goals
    • Manage the content of Deloitte’s external websites using Adobe Experience Manager, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and functionality
    • Able to create high quality, SEO-friendly content for digital channels and create an effective content strategy to engage and covert audiences
    • Develop social media posts, alongside Marketing and other stakeholders, and use Sprinklr to schedule them
    • Create, launch, and monitor paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads
  • Work closely with the Global technology teams to continuously innovate, test new platform functionalities and report issues
  • Optimise our available digital tools and platforms to maximise their performance and effectiveness in achieving marketing objectives
  • Utilise Adobe analytics and Sprinklr to track, measure, and report on digital marketing performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Your qualifications:
  • University degree (preferably Master of Arts, in business or communications)
  • At least three years’ experience with social media (in digital agency or on corporate side)
  • German (mother tongue), fluent in English, French is a plus
  • Tech-savvy digital marketer with a passion for driving results through technical excellence 
  • Proven track record in developing and delivering effective and engaging digital communication projects.
  • Proven experience in website management, including CMS platforms (AEM preferable) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Experience with social media content management systems (Sprinklr preferable), Google AdWords and Photoshop or equivalent image editor
  • Capacity to rapidly understand our dynamic business and our people, and to translate into engaging and inspiring content
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management, interpersonal and organisational skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong team player mentality with a positive, flexible attitude, hands-on approach and entrepreneurial spirit
