Digital Manufacturing Data & Systems Administrator

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the administrative health of the DM process and the flow of data to and from various electronic platforms, including but not limited to MES (Manufacturing Execution System), OSI PI, SAP, PASS, ATS etc. The bulk of the data & systems coordinator’s work would be in Manufacturing and Operations data management.
Super User in digital data systems (eg MES, OSI PI, EtQ (Document control, Specifications, Product Safety), Fiori, PASS)
Coordinate & facilitate accuracy of data between relevant digital systems (MES, OSI PI, SAP (various modules), PASS, WMS etc.).
Coordinate resolutions of any discrepancies and/or delay in updates
Ensure all DM system documentation is maintained, kept up to date and accessible Develop and maintain data flows into SMOM – Smart Manufacturing Operations Management, (manual entries) for generating information from SMOM (reports, dashboards etc.) to drive improved visibility and faster decision making for Asset Teams, Engineers and Site Leadership
Ensure relevance of data and reports
Collaborate with regional DM teams to keep Enstra aligned with all DM system requirement with regards to User skills and documentation
Collaborate with relevant certification systems to keep DM aligned with the requirements of those certification bodies (ISO, Qmart etc.)
Identify gaps in the MES / OSI PI reporting / dashboard structure
Develop custom dashboards / diagrams using OSI PI for non-operations personnel
Train up all Operators on computer literacy & prepare them for the transition to Digital Manufacturing
Assist the MES coordinator in all Digital Manufacturing related activities
Collaborate with various stakeholders within the organization refining their data requirements for various data and analytics initiatives and their reporting / dashboard requirements
Moving all paper-based data capturing activities to the relevant digital format
Ad hoc administrative duties from time to time, as the Digital Manufacturing system matures

National Diploma, Btech or BA in Administration or Operations
The ideal candidate will have a combination of IT skills, data governance skills, analytics skills with a technical or operations management qualification or background.
At least 2 years or more of work experience in data management disciplines including data integration and data quality.
Demonstrated ability to work across multiple deployment environments including [cloud, on-premises, and hybrid], and multiple operating systems.
