Customer Relationship Manager (80-100%, all genders)
Swiss AviationSoftware is a 100% subsidiary of Swiss International Air Lines and successfully develops and distributes the software package AMOS which manages the maintenance, engineering and logistics requirements of modern airlines. Tasks
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with AMOS customers
- Update AMOS customers in terms of Swiss-AS strategy, initiatives, new product features and roadmap developments
- Conduct regular reviews and meetings with AMOS customers to assess their satisfaction, identify areas for improvement and potential to extend AMOS adoption.
- Compile and maintain customer logs in CRM software to secure shared knowledge and customer visibility within Swiss-AS
- Propose enhanced support adapted to the activities and needs of each individual customer
- Contribute, as author or organiser, to global customer communication channels such as mailings, surveys, and events
- Represent AMOS customer voices in cross-divisional discussions in collaboration with Product Management, Development and Customer Services
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance customer relationships.
- Contribute actively to the annual customer service objectives of Swiss-AS
Our top criteria
- Previous experience in aircraft maintenance activities with a good understanding of industry business processes and related software solutions
- Solid experience in customer contacts and previous management of supplier/customer relationships
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to think in solutions.
- University Degree (preferred)
- English is Mandatory: Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
(additional languages are of advantage) - An in-depth knowledge of AMOS
- Be ready to lift the challenge to maintain the market-leading position of Swiss-AS and AMOS
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications Excel, Word and PowerPoint, proficiency in CRM software products (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Be a team player, flexible, proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of CRM and Company processes
- Willingness to travel (10-15%)
