Key Responsibilities
As a Global Learning Production Lead for J&J Learn, you will have the unique chance to lead a dedicated team of learning operations specialists across EMEA, NA, APAC, and LATAM. This role offers the opportunity to provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure exceptional virtual and onsite learning delivery experiences. You will also be responsible for implementing an advanced digital platform using agile methodologies. Your contribution will be vital in achieving smooth integration, minimizing risks, and driving ongoing improvement.
Lead Onsite and Virtual Production Capabilities
- Take full ownership of the Leading People at J&J operation and ensure flawless delivery and coordination of onsite and virtual learning programs.
- Act as an onsite operations subject matter expert and key point of contact for the coordination and production of the Leading People at J&J program.
- Provide support and guidance to regional producers, squad members, program owners, facilitators and participants to ensure a seamless experience.
Drive Digital Platform Implementation and Integration
- Lead the planning, implementation, and integration of digital platforms.
- Collaborate with vendors, internal partners, and the scrum development team to lead and define a detailed implementation plan.
- Customize the digital platform to align with the specific needs and requirements of the learning operations team.
- Collaborate with key partners to deploy system and process functionality needs.
Global Strategy and Execution
- Assist Learning Production team members in effectively managing vendors.
- Lead global learning production capabilities from a strategic and execution point of view.
- Ensure high-quality, efficient delivery, and best-in-class learning experiences of J&J Learn learning production services globally.
- Develop and implement an effective global strategy for managing the Finance and Procurement Onsite Production operation.
Process Improvements and Efficiency Techniques
- Identify key actions to optimize the end-to-end virtual and onsite production process.
- Drive process improvements and efficiencies techniques.
- Implement digital solutions, ensure data accuracy and global compliance.
- Provide consultative support to enhance programs by discussing key changes with leadership and partners.
Learning Production Data and Reports
- Run and supervise learning production data and reports.
- Communicate performance with different J&J Learn teams, leadership, and vendors.
- Implement interventions to maintain service standards and ensure production data management.
