IT Coordinator Job Scheduling/Infrastructure
Responsibilities
- IT coordination for providing of IT infrastructure and the automation of workflows
- Drive project coordination effectively communicating with various stakeholders
- Take ownership of topics and work independently and reliably
- Assessment and procurement of server and database infrastructures
- Define technical requirements for Automic Workload Automation (AWA) job scheduling
- Conduct end-to-end tests for infrastructure, automation, and scripting
- Create documentation and hand over to the operations team
Requirements
- Several years of project coordination and requirements engineering in the area of IT infrastructures, databases and job scheduling solutions
- Experience in cooperating with the procurement side
- Experience in Agile project management (Scrum)
- Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Atlassian Jira and Confluence as well job scheduling systems
- Basic knowledge of databases (Oracle, MS SQL, MongoDB)
- Fluent English
Nice to have
- German language skills
- Experience with Atomic Workload Automation (AWA)
