Contingent Workforce Manager (m/f/d)
- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders involved in contingent workforce process
- Sourcing and management of contingent workers for CAPEX projects and supporting functions
- Manage candidate life cycle (from application to onboarding)
- Perform candidate offers including vendor rate negotiation
- Documentation repository management in alignment with corporate policies
- Engaging and managing contingent workers vendor base (agencies, engineering firms, etc.)
- Lead supplier contracting including frame agreements, labor lease & services agreements
- Contribute to the contingent workforce talent management
- Contribute to contingent workforce planning & compensation strategy
- Coaching and training of hiring managers on all aspects and processes of contingent workforce
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Solid experience in workforce management or a staffing agency
- Deep knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations
- Strong understanding of contingent workforce management processes and best practices
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and related roles strongly advantageous
- Proficiency in English and German
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiar with HRIS and other workforce management tools
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
