CONGRESS OPERATIONS COORDINATOR /LUGANO
Duties and Responsabilities:
Assist the Industry Operations Unit with:
- Industry documents & manuals preparation
- Dedicated formstacks preparation
- Virtual platform Industry related
- Post Congress resources assistance
- SOPs preparation
- PPTs preparation
- Minutes
- Emails follow-up
- Replace the Project Manager and/or staff members when away
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:
- Degree or professional education in event, hotel or tourism management or
another relevant domain is an asset
- At least 2/3 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent English, other languages an advantage
- Strong communication and good organizational
- Good knowledge of MS office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good Knowledge of database usage, website set up are most welcome
- Experience with pharmaceuticals world
