• 3D Visualization Mastery: develop complex, visually and technically captivating 3D models in Blender, and occasionally in Rhino 3D
• 2D Design Expertise: create precise, technically sound 2Dfloorplans in AutoCAD
• Design Innovation: bring your exceptional eye for design, color and spatial awareness to the table, staying ahead of design trends and materials
• Collaboration: work in close collaboration with the design studio and our in-house engineering teams and provide esthetical and technical design expertise to sales representatives and suppliers
• Curiosity: Knowledgeable about, and with a keen interest in the requirements which make up an aircraft interior, ensuring all activities follow the international regulations (FAR/JAR) and requirements
• Organizational Talent: projects often come with a tight deadline, so management of timelines, budget combined with good communication and relationship skills with internal and external designers is key

• University degree preferably in the field of interior design, interior architecture or technical qualification
• Expert knowledge of 3D visualization applications, and experience with realistic texturing, lighting setups and possibly animations and videos
• Basic knowledge of aspects of aviation interior design and A.I integrated design possibilities is an added value
• Good software skills, particularly with Blender, AutoCAD 2D, After Effects and Premier, as well as the full suite of Adobe creative programs – Rhino 3D would be an advantage
• Reliable Team player with outstanding communication skills, that is self-motivated and likes to work in a fast-paced environment
• Lateral thinker who can work autonomously and will drive cross functional projects
