Compliance Specialist - Quality Assurance KYC/AML/FINMA
Role: We are currently seeking a Compliance Specialist for our Internation client. The role involves managing the group's governance and risk framework, ensuring quality assurance, and maintaining compliance with various financial regulations.
Main Tasks:
* Develop and manage the governance and risk framework.
* Conduct quality assurance reviews.
* Use advanced Excel skills to develop and maintain macros.
* Perform controlled testing to identify compliance issues.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) protocols.
* Stay updated on regulatory changes and provide guidance.
* Prepare detailed compliance reports for senior management.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field, preferably in wealth management or private banking.
* Strong proficiency in Excel, including macro development.
* In-depth understanding of AML, KYC, CFT, and related financial regulations.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
Language:
* English - fluent (written and spoken)
