Commercial Operations Specialist -
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Takeover of incoming customer requests respecting the defined SLA or customer wish dates?
- Assure the correct generation of the first service invoice and cross-check therefore the ordered services and pricings?
- Delivering inputs towards the development of processes linked to the daily work?
- Proactive communication with customers in order to assure the best possible order handling and to keep them always up to date.?
- Correct validation and entry of B2B customer orders or services including documenting of all relevant data in the corresponding sales billing & CRM systems?
- Planning and coordination of smaller projects and/ or sub-projects in the according business areas
- Contact person for all B2B customers and partners during the implementation and first billing cycle?
- Responsible for the correct order validation, service entry and billing initiation?
- Billing of the completed services?
- Ensuring communication to all commercially and technically involved employees?
Your Profile:
- Understanding or interest in the fields of telecommunications and computer science?
- Administrative or commercial education
- At least 3 years of job experience
- Experience in direct customer contact
- High service orientation with internal as well as external customers
- Mentality strong?and team player?
- Ready to go the “extra-mile” to provide best in class customer service
- IT literacy (Microsoft Office, SAP, CRM)
- Language skills – German and English
Nice to have:?
- Preferably Telco / activation experience?
