- Lead the sales and marketing efforts across two high-end hotels to drive revenue growth.
- Enhance the brand presence of both hotels through innovative marketing strategies.
- Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers.
- Develop and implement creative sales campaigns to boost bookings and event sales.
- Ensure the hotels are positioned competitively within the market and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to align marketing initiatives with guest experiences
- Manage and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy for both hotels.
- Achieve ambitious room, F&B, and event sales targets through innovative campaigns.
- Develop and manage relationships with key accounts, clients, and partners.
- Oversee digital marketing activities, including website management, SEO, PPC, and social media.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and guest behaviour to adjust strategies as needed.
- Work closely with the Revenue Management team to optimize pricing and distribution strategies.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales and marketing teams to maximize performance.
- Collaborate with the General Managers of both hotels to align business objectives with sales efforts.
- Proven track record in sales and marketing management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent understanding of revenue management strategies, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Expertise in digital marketing, brand development, and strategic partnerships. A degree or certification in sales, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Fluent in Romanian and English languages; additional languages are an asset.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other marketing software.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Interesting and challenging job, operation of a 257 rooms in Novotel Bucharest City Centre and 95 rooms in Mercure Bucharest Unirii, very large MICE spaces, restaurants, bars
