Join our international hospitality school as a Chef de Partie, specializing in Asian cuisine with a focus on Chinese dishes. Responsibilities :
- Provide quality food production with the support of the kitchen team, specializing in Asian cusine, specifically Chinese
- Participate in collaboration with the team to improve services, provide ideas for innovation and variety
- Apply the HACCP standards and ensure that they are respected in the production sector
- Ensure follow-up on student's needs
Requirements:
- Degree (CFC or equivalent) in Kitchen
- 2-3 years work experience
- Strong International Culinary knowledge, specializing in Asian cusine, specifically Chinese
- Fluent in French and Good Knowledge in English
- Patient, organized, maturity and leadership skills
Swiss Nationality, valid permit or European Nationality CE/AELE
