What you move
- You are driving topics like organisational development, leadership tasks, talent development

What you bring along
- Completed Master or Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Psychology (University/FH)
- Several years of experience in a similar function, ideally in an international industrial company
- Committed personality with vision, a solution-oriented mindset and a hands-on approach
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
