Bar Manager

We pride ourselves on being an extension of your own living room, a place for great conversations and experiences. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Bar Manager to join our team.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and quality of products.
- Manage and train staff, ensuring compliance with all health and safety restaurant regulations.
- Monitor inventory of beverages and supplies, placing orders when necessary.
- Plan and implement strategies to attract customers, coordinating with the GM and team
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or relevant role in the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of drinks, pricing and hospitality industry trends.
- Strong leadership, organizational, efficency and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- First Aid Certificate
- Fluency in English and German is required.
