Automation Engineer

This role plays a key part in designing, testing, and troubleshooting recipes in Syncade, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards during the design, start-up, qualification, and production phases.
As an Automation Engineer, for support and align product and production-specific requirements:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the project team to support and align product and production-specific requirements.
- Design, test, and modify recipes (under change control) during the design, start-up, qualification, and production stages.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, including the documentation of electronic batch records (eBR), standard operating procedures (SOP), and operation reports.
- Drive improvements in procedures and processes, adhering to safety, hygiene, environmental, and quality regulations within your area of responsibility.
Desired Profile:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Expertise in Bioprocess Automation, specifically with Emerson MES Syncade, is required.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in recipe authoring and troubleshooting within Syncade is mandatory.
- A strong background in structured and well-organized work practices, with a focus on solutions and openness to new ideas.
- Excellent team and social skills, along with a deep understanding of IT and process control systems.
- A keen understanding of operational optimization opportunities.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, internally and externally, with strong business acumen and team collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Demonstrated ability to work responsibly, especially with the owned system.
