Description
Develop control software for Siemens/Allen Bradley PLCs and visualization and monitoring software for our machines.
Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation (including program descriptions and user manuals) while ensuring complete data backup and archiving.
Prepare validation documents such as Functional Specifications (FS), Hardware Design Specifications (HDS), Software Design Specifications (SDS), and Installation/Operational Qualification (IQ/OQ) protocols.
Commissioning: Perform commissioning of machines and systems worldwide.
Customer Interaction: Conduct demonstrations, training sessions, and revisions at customer sites. Additionally, provide mentorship to apprentices in the automation field upon request.
Support: Provide technical support to colleagues and customers, leveraging your specialized knowledge.
Product Development: Work on assigned development tasks aimed at improving our products.
Requirements
Educational Background: education in electrical engineering or software or automation engineering
Experience: Proficiency in programming Siemens S7/Allen Bradley PLCs, process visualization systems, and Siemens HMIs, along with experience with various fieldbus systems.
Knowledge: Familiarity with Instrumentation and Control (I&C) and electrical engineering.
Basic knowledge in ATEX or GAMP is desirable.
Willingness to Travel: Willingness to travel (approximately 10-20%).
Language Skills: Strong command of English.
