QA Associate - GMP - German
QA Associate vacancy requiring profound GMP knowledge and German skills for a globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.
Your tasks:
- Receiving incoming documents like executed batch records, work orders, vendor labels or packaging instructions and performing documentation with respective tools
- Preparing documentation needed for the batch record review like Analysis Reports, Specifications for clinical development or country label approval
- Contributing to the timely release of GMP batches of labels, primary packed materials and Investigational Medical Products
- Reviewing and approving GMP relevant documents and batch records for packed material from the company or contractors
- Scanning, filing and archiving documents owned by QA while also creating and reviewing procedures and forms related to the QA Batch record Review Process
- Supporting the QA & GCS Line Unit in process improvements, Quality and Compliance issues and in the use of GMP relevant IT tools and processes
Your experience/knowledge:
- Strong scientific, technical and regulatory knowledge in a specific area along with knowhow of drug development
- Expertise in cGMP combined with knowledge of safety and environmental regulations and guidelines
- Proficiency in addressing GMP and logistic related questions with line unit experts
- Academic degree in a relevant area or technical education with respective practical experience
- Language skills: English and German - fluent in written and spoken
