App & Hardware Administration & Support (50%, all genders)

You are responsible for the support of Technics apps (e.g. Flydocs) and administer over 1000 mobile devices (e.g. iPhones, iPads). You are part of a small team, and your workplace is our office in the aircraft hangar at Zürich airport.
- Administer & support software applications and mobile devices in Technics
- Collaborate with end users, SWISS IT and suppliers in troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues
- Coordinate and control the release of software updates and other IT changes
- Manage user access rights and permissions in accordance with defined standards
- Test and perform updates on mobile devices
- Handle user-tickets in OTRS and provide feedback to end users
- Analyze business requirements and write specification for new functions
- Roll out new functions and hardware including user acceptance testing, configuration and documentation
- Identify application & hardware usability shortcomings and initiate improvements and/or trainings
- Degree in Information Technology or similar education
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills as well as strong technical abilities
- Entrepreneurial mind-set, and ability to deal with complicated subjects
- Familiarity with working with various software applications (e.g. M365, Apple iOS, AMOS, OTRS) and apple devices (e.g. iPhone, iPad)
- Pleasure in working in an aircraft maintenance environment and Flexibility to support your colleagues when needed
- Passion about aviation and belief that mobility plays an important role in a globally interlinked world, connecting people and cultures
- Fluency in English, German is beneficial
- Driver’s license is advantageous
