As a Maintenance Planning Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our VIP aircrafts are maintained to the highest standards, from the initial planning stages to project completion. • Maintenance Planning: Build the Part 145 Bill of Work, Bill of Materials and Bill of Tools based on our Customers and regulatory requirements. Coordinate project planning including preparation of maintenance events (scheduled and unscheduled).
• Compliance: Ensures all maintenance planning activities meet regulatory requirements as well as technical standards and reliability
• Seamless Execution: Continuously monitor project performance, recommend schedule adjustments, and allocate resources to meet operational goals and customer expectations. Continuously contribute to continuous improvements initiatives.
• Coordination & Communication: Work closely with Aircraft Operations teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines and maintain clear and effective communication with both our internal and external customers and suppliers
• Mastering SAP: Manage the maintenance and refurbishment content of the SAP Revision, overseeing the process from initial receipt through to aircraft departure and project completion

• University degree in Engineering/Aviation or related field, or several years of relevant work experience in a similar role
• Deep understanding of the aerospace industry, OEMs, and the regulatory framework
• good experience in planning and preparation (ideally within an aviation environment)
• Proficiency with MS Office packages and SAP
• Good English skills, any other languages are a plus
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks
• strong customer focus and keen understanding of market dynamics
• Results-driven with a high level of personal accountability and a commitment to excellence
