Your Key Tasks
- Storage and administration of rates on WCN as well as on S-Drive
- CASS control and complaints
- Examination of incoming invoices and booking (possible handling, tracking, material invoices)
- Processing and positioning of incoming monthly invoices Switzerland (GSA's which do not run via CASS, Cargologic, Dnata invoice of import fees, etc.)
- Responsible for the correct and complete filing of all documents in digital form as well as data storage in local systems
- Distribution operational dashboard to branches
- Keeping departure statistics
- Data Qualtiy and milestones daily follow up
Skills & Competencies
- Functional know-how in Air Freight
- Experience in an international environment
- Team player
- Good communication
- Customer focus (monitors customer expectations continuously and is willing to adapt own activities/procedures)
- Planning & Organizing (Ability to prioritize, plan, assign & control)
- Time management (monitoring performance against deadlines and milestones)
- Knowledge and trained on Good Distribution Practice Concepts and applicable SOPs
Educational
- Commercial apprenticeship
- Relevant working experience
Language Skills
- Fluent in English and French
- German is an asset
