Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor & Reconcile: Keep a close eye on customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate collection of receivables.
- Resolve Discrepancies: Thoroughly analyze account discrepancies, and resolve them efficiently.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to address payment issues and gather necessary documents.
- Generate Reports: Create and reconcile detailed accounts receivable reports with precision.
- Review & Solve: Investigate and resolve accounts receivable issues, maintaining accurate financial documentation for internal control systems.
- Collaborate: Work with finance and other departments on new projects and initiatives related to accounts receivable.
- Recommend Improvements: Prepare and present evaluations, proposals, and recommendations to enhance accounts receivable processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, business economics, quantitative finance, or a Swiss federal certificate in finance and accounting.
- Experience: At least 4 years in finance and/or accounts receivable.
- Skills:
- High business and financial acumen.
- Expert-level analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for identifying data patterns and multitasking.
- Proficient in Excel formulas and functions.
- Strong problem-solving skills in a dynamic international environment.
- Languages: Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
- Interpersonal Skills: A team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
