As an Accounting Analyst & Junior Controlling Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing financial data, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

A Day in the Life of an Accounting Analyst & Junior Controlling Specialist
Accounting:
- Update the period end closing documentation and justification for the accruals and provisions
- Maintain daily accounting tasks for the Joint Venture Eckes Granini Suisse SA
- Perform books closing of Eckes Granini Suisse SA and prepare VAT and IA declarations
- Establish monthly Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account of Eckes Granini Suisse SA
- Support preparation of external audits
- Audit petty cash, free goods vouchers, and maintain asset register
- Responsible for assets and trade assets management and maintenance of asset register
Controlling:
- In charge of overheads controlling with preparation of budget, monitoring of actual cost and deviations to budget
- Responsible for the procure to pay process for F&C department, including purchase requests and posting of good receipts
What will make you successful
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or controlling
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP
- Fluency in French, German, and English
