As an Account Manager focused on acquiring new customers in the Business segment, your primary role is to drive sales growth by managing the entire customer journey-from initial contact through successful service implementation and stabilization. You will handle all incoming sales leads, ensure seamless operations and billing, and maintain customer relationships until they are transitioned to the CRM team. This position is key in building lasting client partnerships and ensuring satisfaction during the critical onboarding phase.

Tasks:
  • Acquisition of new accounts to reach annual sales target according to Sales Plan, in the area of solution services (SD-WAN and Security)
  • Management of customer relation until the service is successfully implemented and stable (billing and operations) and handed over the CRM team
  • Taking care of all incoming solution sales leads in the target market
  • Performing own active acquisition through prospection
  • Understanding customer needs and developing adapted proposals
  • Presenting adapted products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting/ordering those best suited to their needs
  • Collecting clean orders and ensuring clear communications internally and externally during all the sales process
Requirements:
  • Educational level equivalent to at least "Maturité Fédérale"
  • 5 years' experience in Sales
  • Telecom/Solution know-how
  • Fluent French and English. German would be a plus
