Job Description

Leading and processing of various analytical customer projects, mainly in the field of cell and gene therapy products cell-based potency assay development and release testing with physicochemical readout technologies like e.g. LC-MS
Creating business cases and leading innovative analytical product developments
Responsible for lab resource and project resource planning
Data processing of large MS data sets using semi-automated workflows
Writing of analytical results reports and standard operation procedures
Documentation of activities, archiving and completion of all tasks necessary to maintain the laboratory

Requirements

Degree in chemistry, analytical sciences or a related field
At least 10 years experience in regulated industry environment (GMP)
Experience with mass spectrometry and quantitative assays required
Experience with cell-based assays (CBBA) is advantageous
Experience in handling biological samples is advantageous
Experience with proteomics is advantageous
Experience with project management and line management is advantageous
Very good knowledge both spoken and written of German and English
