Your Impact
- leading and developing a team of 3-8 people
- acting as point of contact & expert for High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)
- closely collaborating with laboratory staff, reviewers and scientists to adhere to budget, deadlines and quality within assigned area of responsibility
- building strong and trustworthy relationships with our customers
- continuously optimizing workflows and processes
Your Profile
- solid experience with HPLC, teamplayer capabilities and dynamic, agile working style
- problem-solving and interpersonal skills, paired with a collaborative mindset
- experience with handling of quality events (deviation, change request, OOS investigation)
- background in biochemistry, life science OR a similar field
- experience in feasibility studies, method development and validation, as well as in routine HPLC analysis
- High discipline and sense of responsibility
- Fluent in English and German
