Support to the Head of Logistics.
Technical or building Background; 5-10 years' experience in a similar role in Switzerland; Driving licence required;
Proven experience in logistics, manual work and handling; Autonomous, result oriented and organized; Time flexibility and living within 20 minutes of our Geneva office; Technical skills capable of finding innovative solutions; IT tools: autocad/archicad.

Support to the Head of Logistics.
- Management of the Office Management team;
- Management of the technical installations of our offices;
- Taking care of internal relocations;
- Supervision of work carried out by external service providers;
- Participate to an on call rotation (Technical, Fire and First-Aid);
- Cleaning duties for internal areas during the week and on week-ends;
- Relocation of internal wall partitions (Clestra);
- Management of the group office maps (AutoCad).
